Ipswich Show Society is seeking expressions of interest from experienced catering operators who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering high standard of food and beverage services. We are seeking to partner with a caterer to work long-term to deliver exceptional quality food and service to our many future and varied bookings at our Exhibition Venue- including trade shows, weddings, exhibitions and community events.

Background/Premises

Ipswich Show Society is a Not-For-Profit organisation in the centre of Ipswich, run by a committee. Soon to open the re-developed ‘Exhibition and Display’ Pavilion after a Federal Government grant of $8.9 million dollars. This up-graded includes the addition of a large scale commercial kitchen. This 2 level building has increased clear span floor areas and includes a new Plaza roof, foyers and outdoor entertainment areas. The kitchen is approximately 60.2 m2 and has a servery of 37m2

Expressions of Interest Process

Responses to the Expression of Interest must be in writing and include–

• The respondents proposed menu and pricing structure
• The resume of all respondents; and
• Any other supporting documentation the respondent feels relevant to the EOI
