Tender Description
RBGV is seeking to upgrade its visitor counting system and data capture and analysis so that it offers more insights into our visitor segments and meets the following objectives:
- Accurately count number of visitors to Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens
- Provide information on visitor traffic flow around our sites
- Timely provision of visitor data
- Data reports that assist RBGV management decisions
- Integration with other customer database systems
- Improved reliability and supportability of counting units and systems.
