Tender Description

Shellharbour City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction and upgrade of Council's works depot in Oak Flats. The project may be suited to a civil contractor and includes asphalt woks, a new internal road link with associated concrete storage bays, parking bays, drainage improvements and fencing. Stage 2 includes a new vehicle entry off industrial road, new car parking, associated fencing, and security system.

SITE MEETING:
i) Tenders can attend a site meeting on Monday 13th January at 7:30am.
The site meeting is mandatory.
