Suitably qualified builders are invited to submit an ITR for a Beach Bar & Cafe on Dunk Island.

The building work includes the construction of a new 62 sqm building with 156 sqm of decking, additions to existing Amenities block and BBQ structure.

Builders submitting a ITR must provide information on their experience in hospitality construction, their capability and track record.

Submissions should also state start availability. A shortlist of builders will be invited to tender.

ITR’s must be submitted to the Architects no later than 2pm
