Sanctuary Cove is a gated residential community of multiple bodies corporate consisting of approximately 1277 homes and covering 474 hectares of land.

The PBC and PTBC is offering three-year contracts for tender and invites all suitably qualified organisations to submit written‘Expressions of Interest’ for consideration in a selected tender for the provision of all, or any one of the following;

1.PBC & PTBC Hydraulic / Plumbing Maintenance Works 2.PBC & PTBC Electrical Maintenance Works

3. PBC & PTBC Irrigation Maintenance Works

4. PBC & PTBC Road Sweeping Works

Please note: Documents are not to exceed four (4) A4 pages.

Applicants should forward their submissions and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships; professional and client references for similar works, ASIC search report and a complete Dun and Bradstreet report.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 31st January 2020, with contracts to commence 1st November 2020. Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until 24th January 2020.
