Ballance is releasing a Registration of Interest (ROI) with the aim of shortlisting suitable supplier(s) to respond to a closed RFP as part of Ballance's PPE Supply & Management services.

The intention is for the successful suppliers to submit a Proposal that addresses Ballance's objective to manage the PPE category through partnering with an appropriate supplier who can help Ballance create fit for purpose specifications for each of the subgroups of staff that we employ. Also, by partnering with a suitable supplier we can ensure these specifications are kept up to date and align with industry best practice, while also minimising risk to our staff through supplier reporting systems and reminders.

Please Note: there is a mandatory requirement within this ROI.

Respondents must confirm that the organisation has an existing electronic and or online ordering and reporting system currently in operation with existing clients with national delivery requirements.
