The aim of the program is to ensure that all residents of SNSWLHD, regardless of their circumstances or location have access to services and equipment which enables safe and quality care to be undertaken in the setting of their choice as they reach the final weeks and days of life. The program requires that all equipment is maintained, serviced, delivered and retrieved by the agreed supplier.
Flexibility, consistency, reliability, promptness and respectful customer service will be among the key attributes of the successful supplier.
