Tender Description
The Tender is for the provision of supply of Multi Function Devices, Printers, Copiers, Scanners , Software, Support and Maintenance to service two health services.
West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) based in Warragul and Central Gippsland Health Care Services (CGH) based in Sale.
The Tender consists of the following documents to be returned as they are presented as your submission:
Part A - Instructions & Contract Variables - Return Document
Part B - The Response - Financial - Return Document
Part C - Technical Specifications - Return Document - One for each Health Service
Part C1 - Quotation - to Include three options, Unit Price, Lease Cost, Managed Service - Return Document - One for Each Health Service
Part D - GROW Gippsland Response Document - in line with Social Procurement initiatives set out by the Victorian State Government - Return Document
WGHG & CGH are seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the service as specified. All subcontractors will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
The successful bidder will enter into separate agreements with each health service.
