Propose to construct an additional 32 beds to the existing Cartwright dementia wing at the Carramar 186 Cooroy-Noosa Road, Tewantin.
The proposed buildings will consist of 2x2 storey Villas with associated Services Building, an Entry Building and associated clearing, earthworks, carparking and landscaping works all in an environmentally sensitive site Tendering (4 weeks) is anticipated to take place during March 2020 with construction to start shortly after.
