Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club is situated on Victorias great Ocean Road with more than 1,500 members and a Restaurant/Bar/Cafe that seats 120 patrons overlooking one of the Surf Coast's most spectacular views. A substantial rebuild scheduled to be completed in July-August 2020 will provide additional opportunity to offer new and expanded food and beverage services in training rooms and spaces capable of accommodations up to 250 people along with potential kiosk.

Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club Directors are seeking EOI from experienced contract caterers to serve members and guest . The Restaurant/Bar/Cafe is currently open 7 days per week and functions are catared for as required.

Expectations of suitable applicants include ( but not limited to):

Provide quality meals and beverages at competitive prices that appeal to members and visitors.

Your Expression of Interest should include:

• A cover letter explaining your reasons for applying for the contract.
• Details of past and current catering experience , including references.
• Details of appropriate qualifications, including RSA & Food Handling Certificate.
• Samples of bar and food concepts including menus and pricing and including Functions Menus.

The club is prepared to negotiate an attractive annual occupation/service fee.
