Tender Description
The project comprises the refurbishment of the two - storey surf club at 117 Booner Street, Hawks Nest, NSW.
The proposed works include a gym, club room and toilet facilities on the ground floor and club room incorporating a bar, food preparation area and toilets on the first floor. The existing front entry is to be upgraded to provide access for persons with a disability. Installation of a new lift is required and construction of a new internal stair to enable access to level 1.
