Tender Description

 These works form part of a new residential community comprising 550 lots in Perths fast growing south eastern corridor. Well located, this site is approximately 23km from Perth CBD with good access to Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway.

Stage 1 works include:

  • bulk earthworks,
  • retaining walls,
  • roadworks,
  • stormwater
  • drainage,
  • sewer reticulation (up to DN300),
  • water reticulation,
  • underground power,
  • communications,
  • gas reticulation.
  • WWPSL works include construction of Type 90 pump station (10m well) and DN250PE pressure main and associated infrastructure.
