Expression of Interest are sought from experienced hotel operators for a new hotel at Perth Airport west, adjacent to the Redcliffe Station on the Forrestfield-Airport link.

Interested parties are invited to submit proposals for the management of the hotel on a long-term basis. The opportunity includes working in partnership with Perth Airport to define the hotel development project, prepare a feasible business case for both hotel operator and land owner as well as manage the hotel on completion of the property development works.

An Information Pack is annexed to this document and describes the site and location of new hotel as well as other relevant information from the Perth Airport Masterplan 2020.

Various hotel development and operational models will be considered as part of this process, including but not limited to:

• Agreement for building lease
• Hotel Management Agreement
