The Shire is seeking expressions of interest for caterers to supply food and catering services on behalf of the Central Country Zone which will be conducting a meeting hosted by the Shire of Dumbleyung on Friday 21st February 2020 at Stubbs Park.
The last time this was hosted in Dumbleyung in 2016 it was catered with local produce showcasing our area and was a huge success and highly reviewed by all who attended (no pressure). This is a fantastic opportunity for locals to showcase the talents and cooking skills of our local caterers.

The Central Country Zone requirements for catering are as detailed below:
Numbers Expected: 40-45 people (definite numbers will be confirmed about a week out from the meeting).

Catering Budget: The Central Country Zone allow $30-$35 per head to cover the whole day being morning tea and lunch.

Catering Times: The meeting starts at 9.30am with a morning tea break at around 10.30am. It would be however appreciated if tea and coffee is available on arrival from 9.00am. Lunch is generally between 12.30 - 1.00pm. Once the meeting program has been finalised the time for lunch to be served will be clarified.

Catering Required:

Light morning tea (both savoury and sweet).
Lunch is usually a buffet with a combination of both hot and cold options. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options also required.
