Tender Description
The Department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties, including consortiums, to develop Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) training content for staff working in Victorian public health services and resources to help health services to meet their ongoing training responsibilities.
The scope of this project includes: development of an OVA training framework, training content focused on de-escalation knowledge and practical skills and endorsement of existing OVA training courses that align with the department’s minimum standards for OVA training.
