Satterley is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified builders who have the capacity to construct and operate as a display home within our newest estate, Myella in Wanneroo.

The Estate is located off Joondalup Drive on the northern banks of Lake Joondalup, adjacent to Botanic Golf.

The opportunity is to seek expressions of interest to construct a home within the proposed village, which will be visible from the entry of the estate.
