Tender Description
Royal Rehab is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced providers to deliver the following services;
Management of all reactive and preventative maintenance, including all sub-contractors
- Asset Management and Maintenance Services
- Provision of client Food Services
- General Cleaning Services, including periodical high and steam cleaning across all facilities
- Help desk system and services
- Security Services including: CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance, Guard Patrols, Provision of access cards and keys, Lost property, Car parking and traffic management
- Waste Management and removal
- Linen
- Gardening and Landscaping
Royal Rehab is seeking to partner with a long-term Service Provider aligned to the needs of Royal Rehab. Included amongst this is a desire to reduce the overall Property Operating Expenses (POE) of the organisation by leveraging the knowledge and experience of the Service Provider.

RFT Release to shortlisted respondents - Friday March 27 and Due by 5pm Friday May 1
