Tender Description
Balmoral Bush Nursing Centre in conjuction with Ambulance Victoria seeks expressions of interest from commercial builders for the construction of an extension on to the centre and renovations of the existing building.
The extension of approx 175m2 is for the establishment of an Ambulance facility and consulting rooms with associated facilities.
The project is expected to go to tender March 2020 and to be completed by December 2020.
Builders registered on the Construction Supplier Register are encouraged to submit an EOI.
Interested builders shall forward their contact details together with a company profile, references and details of similar projects undertaken to: BBNC, Attention Anita Weaver, PO Box 20, Balmoral 3407 by COB 28th February 2020. A short list will be established from the registrants.
