Tender Description
Tec-NQ invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for proposed demolition works at their Boarding Facilities on Bowen Road in Rosslea, QLD.
Project includes:
- Demolition and removal of an existing motel facility
- Removal of underground services to the property boundary
- Removal of hazardous materials from the premises.
Tenders will be invited during March 2020 for demolition commencing April 2020 and completion by April 2020. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, current capacity and value of projects.
