Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the design and construction of tennis court lighting at Rudd Park Tennis Courts, Belfield.
Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for potential Respondents to be held as follows:
Time : 10:30 AM
Date: Tuesday, 25/02/20
Location : Rudd Park Tennis Courts – Omaha St, Belfield, NSW 2191
Council will not consider a Quotation lodged by a Respondent who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Respondent signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
In the event that Council deems, at its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of potential Respondents have attended the site meeting to result in a competitive quote, Council reserves the right to open the quote process to any Respondent and waive the compulsory briefing requirement.
