The Corporation of the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane is inviting principal contractors to express interest for the construction of proposed works at Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, Caloundra.

The project consists of an extension and refurbishment of an existing GLA Building and a New PE Covered Area. Expressions of Interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems. From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor, (The Corporation of the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane).
