99 Bikes AP Automation Proposal
Tender ID: 414487
Tender Details
Tender Description
99 Bikes is seeking a proposal for an accounts payable software solution to help automate our current manual process of entering and paying suppliers. The successful respondent(s) will provide a proposal that demonstrates and addresses each of the following:
a) Competitive pricing: separated as any fixed monthly subscription or other costs, one off implementation, and volume based pricing e.g. price per invoice.
b) Pricing which is scalable with our large growth plans (expansion into NZ July 2020 + 5 Australian stores a year).
c) Integration with Netsuite Cloud ERP
d) Accurate and automated/bill entering.
e) Simple approval workflows which include "one click" approvals by anyone in the company.
f) Location specific (50+) coding and reporting of all bills
g) 30 Days End of Month payment terms on credit
h) Easy to use interface with strong data security and retention of files.
99 Bikes manually processes approx. 1,600 general operating expense invoices a month. This is the current pain point and top priority of the tender. Additionally, there are 10,000 inventory supplier bills per month which are partially automated. We would consider automation in the future for 3 way matching.
99 Bikes is Australia's largest bicycle retailer and part of the highly successful Flight Centre Travel Group. We have 47 retail stores across Australia and over 400 staff. Our 2035 vision is to have 185 stores in 5 countries and be the largest group of bike shops in the world.
