Dempsey Wood Civil and Hick Bros Civil (Dempsey/Hick) are civil and infrastructure contractors with a proven track record in the delivery of land development and infrastructure civils construction across New Zealand. They are successfully working together to deliver construction services to Kainga Ora's Auckland Housing Programme, under the Piritahi Alliance.

The Eastern Porirua Regeneration Project (EPRP) is a Kainga Ora led redevelopment of Eastern Porirua to develop infrastructure and housing over the next 25 years. Kainga Ora's intention is to procure civil design and construction works through a large-scale alliance civils programme of works, after contested selection process.

Dempsey/Hick are seeking registrations of interest from local Civil construction partners interested in joining their team for the delivery (if ultimately successful) of the ERPRP Alliance Programme.
