Visit Victoria is Victoria's tourism and events company, responsible for marketing to visitors from within the state, across Australia and around the world and attracting more sporting, cultural and business events to Victoria's world class event calendar.

Visit Victoria is seeking Offers to this Request for Tender (the Invitation) to deliver White Night Regional 2020, and at Visit Victoria's sole discretion, may also be required to deliver White Night Regional 2021. The Specifications should be interpreted as applying to either event, as the context imports. The term "White Night Regional" may be taken to mean "White Night Bendigo" and/or "White Night Geelong".

White Night sets out to transform a city and create a magical evening of culture, creativity and community. Accessible, entertaining, innovative, and sometimes surprising, White Night events attract a broad audience which includes locals and visitors of all ages and backgrounds. White Night allows artists and attendees to take over the city, fosters debate and discussion about the nature of art, dominates social media with stunning imagery, and enhances Victoria's reputation as a creative state.
