99 Bikes is seeking proposals for a Transport provider for bicycle collection and delivery. The successful respondent(s) will provide a proposal that demonstrates and addresses each of the following:
- a) Collection and delivery of bicycles (Dimensions: 180cm x 80cm x 20cm; Average weight: 15kg) to 47 stores across Australia as per 'Appendix 1: 99 Bikes Bicycle Collection & Delivery Requirements'
- b) Pick-up of bicycles at varying collection times depending on store requirements within a 24-hour notice period.
- c) Guaranteed 30-minute arrival and delivery window + 15-minute traffic buffer.
- d) Competitive pricing with consistency; set out as price per bicycle delivery.
The successful Respondent(s) will be awarded a contract.
99 Bikes seeks a provider that can demonstrate cost effective solutions with consistent and reliable pricing, efficient service and billing transparency. 99 Bikes is also looking to partner with a provider who consistently delivers industry best practice in their systems service and capabilities.

FORMAT OF ENTRIES: Responses are to be provided in the format of 'Appendix 1: 99 Bikes Bicycle Collection & Delivery Requirements' addressing the key points above. If Appendix 1 is not included in the response, the submission will not be considered.
Completed responses can only be submitted online via Tenderlink. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. 99 Bikes is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission in the format stipulated above. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
