Tender Description

Tenders are invited for replacement of the public amenity facility and associated landscaping located at Cod Hole Park, Bradman Avenue Maroochydore.

The works include, but are not limited to:

Demolition works (existing public amenities building);
Existing pathway removal works;
Vegetation removal works;
Minor earthworks/grading;
Construction of new public amenities building (Inc. hydraulic & electrical works) ;
Supply & installation of concrete footpaths and walls;
Relocation of park infrastructure;
Supply and installation of site drainage, pipework, pits & kerb adapter;
Softscape works including turf, garden beds & tree planting;
Electrical infrastructure works;
Commissioning, testing, compliance & certification ;
Establishment & maintenance period;
Erosion control and environmental management including tree protection works;
Site establishment, site safety management including traffic & pedestrian management; and
Supply of As Constructed DTM Survey, Drawings, ADAC files.

This is a lump sum construction contract. The project has an estimated 18 week program of works, commencing no later than 20 April 2020 with practical completion by 28 August 2020.
