Whittlesea Secondary College School Council is seeking proposals from caterers, contractors and other interested parties from the food and catering industry for the provision of the school canteen services as defined in the School Council Canteen Licence at Whittlesea Secondary College.

School Canteen service in accordance with Department of Education and Training Healthy Schools. Canteen Strategy as published from time to time by the Department including value for money of the proposed service.
