Fraser Property Australia invites expression of interest for future residential apartment construction works at Shell Cove. Contractors who are suitably qualified to undertake construction of 100 plus apartments featuring detailed facade installation, communal landscaping , pool and gymnasium construction and services installation are invited to submit the following information for assessment:
Demonstrate experience in construction of high-end residential apartments including details of the past similar projects with reference contacts;
- Evidence of financial capacity to undertake individual contracts over & 50 million
- Evidence of insurance polices in place
- Company profile
- Company organisation chart
- CV's of senior management and key staff, including qualifications of key personnel;
- Demonstrate capacity to provide a labour force with at least 50% of staff sourced from Illawara region;
- Copy of current AS4801 Third Party Certification (minimum requirement)
- Shell Cove is a large scale urban development located with the Shellharbour LGA
