Tender Description

The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Contractor to:
Demolish, remove the restaurant fitout and replace the Kirra Pavilion roof.

The Principal will hold the following additional site inspections:

  • Friday 20th March 2020 8.00am – 10.00am Queensland time
  • Thursday 26th March 2020 8.00am – 10.00am Queensland time

Location: Kirra Pavilion – Marine Parade Coolangatta

Registrations for the site briefing are to be emailed to Source2Contract@goldcoast.qld.gov.au attention Craig Taylor. Registration is to include names (maximum two attendees per company, Company name and a contact mobile number (only to be used for unforeseen issues.). Please register by 3pm the day prior to the site inspection.

Please be advised any people:

  • experiencing cold/flu like symptoms
  • or who have Travelled overseas in the last 6 weeks

Must not attend the inspection.

For those who do attend strict hygiene standards must be observed as well as PPE requirements.

  • Hand sanitizer
  • Minimum distance of 1.5m apart

Please note Attachments E, F and I will be provided during the tender period.
