The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite responses from suitably qualified and experienced Vendors to provide Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Services as outlined in this RFT. The Contractor is required to deliver an IT Service Desk and Service Management services across the Customer's application and infrastructure.

This includes:

• · Incident Management;
• · Service Request Management;
• · Problem Management;
• · Change Management;
• · Configuration Management; and
• · Capacity Management.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the RFT document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
