Amentum Global Services - Australia Pty Ltd (formally known as AECOM) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the construction of a Utilities Building in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. This building will be approximately 2615 sqm and will accommodate a chilled water system, workshop, office space and change facilities.

The proposal package will be made available to interested organisations on the return of the attached Non-disclosure Agreement to email address etenders@jdfpg.net .

A mandatory site walk will be scheduled and it is a condition of tender for representatives of interested organisations to attend. Bids will close at 12 noon on Friday 15 May 2020.
