Tim Penny Architecture + interiors are seeking expressions of interest from Builders who wish to tender for the third phase of the major capital works at St Michael’s Collegiate Senior School Campus.

This phase consist of two construction packages:

1. Gymnasium public entry off Davey Street and new upper level multipurpose Health and Physical Education Facility.

2. Davey Street Forecourt, Main Entry, Reception and Administration upgrade.

The projects can be undertaken as individual tenders or combined. The projects are scheduled to commence late 2020.

Builders wishing to lodge an expression of interest for Stage 1 and/ or Stage 2 should include details of:

•  Recent projects
•  Company profile, including key personnel
•  Project experience in Education Facilities and
•  Relevant referees
