Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of an architect to undertake the Wilberforce Avenue Car Park redevelopment project at Rose Bay. The services which are to be provided under a staged release, with the release of each stage after the preceding, at Council's discretion include:
- Preliminary Design
- DA Design Phase
- Development Application Phase
- Construction Documents Phase
