CHRISTMAS ISLAND CINEMA CLUB Scope of Work for Screen Replacement
Summary:
Christmas Island Cinema Club are seeking proposals from suitable and qualified services to undertake the replacement of the cinema screen on Christmas Island.
The services will include the following
• Fabrication of replacement cinema screen - 10.8 x 4.8m
• Selection of material in line with standards for outdoor screens
• Colour to be matt - off white
• Raise screen height from ground by extra 30cm
• Timeframe for replacement
• Refurbishment of existing screen frame
• Project completion by 30.06.2020
Christmas Island Cinema Club to provide:
• Drawings of original screen and cinema
• Photographs
Contractor to provide:
• Methodology
• Expected input from Cinema Club
• Timeline
• Budget Breakdown . Materials
. Labour
. Equipment rates
• Capacity statement (ability to deliver)
• Copies of insurances, public liability, professional indemnity and applicable licenses
