Tender Description
Situated on the Stuart Highway around 20km south of Alice Springs and less than 6km from the airport, Bohning Yards is situated on 50 hectares.
The opportunity is develop 20-25 hectares with absolute highway frontage.
The NT Cattlemen's Association is looking for Expression of Interest to develop potential opportunities, including:
- A 24 hour restaurant and truck stop with the set down area - wash - down bay and or;
- Several small light industrial blocks.
