The integrated electronic Medical Records (ieMR) project has identified the need for a dedicated Digital Training Facility and accommodation for support administration at Robina Health Precinct.
The detailed design was completed for the ground floor carparking area of Robina Health Precinct which was master planned to be built in as an expansion to administration accommodation. This space is not master planned for clinical expansion.
There is currently People with disabilities (PWD) car parking and set down area to be relocated as part of the works.
General Scope of Work
The project goal is to deliver a compliant and acoustically rated digital training facility that includes:
• 2 x 25 person digital training rooms with AV equipment
• 2 x 10 person digital training rooms with AV equipment
• 1 x 6 person digital training room with AV equipment
• 1 x digital training lab
• 1 x managers office
• Open plan office space for 10 administration staff
• A large breakout space with kitchenette for trainees to take planned breaks
• Adequate bathroom facilities
• Adequate storage space/s for equipment
• A reception area for trainees
• Relocation of carpark boomgate and ticket box
• Design and construct Outdoor shelter
