Scope of Works includes:
· Heritage conversation works
· Public domain works.
· Demolition works
· Structural works in timber, steel, concrete and precast concrete
· New roof systems
· Detail timber/joinery restorations
· Fit out works to Community Facilities
· Fit out works to new retail/Commercial
· Fit out works to new theatre
· Alfesco public areas
· Electrical, hydraulic, Mechanical, Security, Audio Visual
