Tender Description
Amentum Global Services - Australia Pty Ltd (formally known as AECOM) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the construction of a new building with the dual function of a gym and a medical clinic in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
Works shall include, but not be limited to, site preparation, demolition of some existing buildings, construction and fit out, civil and landscaping works. The Gym/Medical Clinic building shall be a single story building using a long span steel frame, masonry and metal panel walls. The gym component will be approximately 585m2 and the medical clinic will be approximately 371m2.

Bids will close at 12 noon on Tuesday 26 May 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will not be conducting a site walk, however, Requests for Information can be directed to: etenders@jdfpg.net up until 19 May 2020 with responses distributed to all interested parties.
