Tender Description
Registrations of Interest (ROI) are invited to undertake strategic investigation and design for four priority projects identified for the Princes Highway upgrade program. The projects are:
- Upgrade of the Princes Highway between Jervis Bay Road and Sussex Inlet Road (Contract number 20.0000303651.0502)
- Milton Ulladulla bypass (Contract number: 20.0000303651.0503)
- Upgrades of the Princes Highway between Burrill Lake and Batemans Bay (Contract number: 20.0000303651.0519)
- Moruya bypass (Contract number: 20.0000303651.0520)
The work for each project consists of investigating strategic options, including:
- Collation and review of existing data and information
- Investigation of customer types and transport needs
- Strategic options identification and design development
- Comparative assessment of strategic options and selection of a preferred option and/or prioritised sections for upgrade in consultation with key stakeholders
- A range of workshops, technical assessments and reports to support the above
Each project will be awarded to a different tenderer. The successful tenderer for each project will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A short list of applicants will then be selected and invited to tender for one or more projects.
Applicants will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Registration of Interest documents. The confidentiality deed is be signed by a Director or Delegate or Authorised Person, whichever applies to the Recipient.
A briefing session for applicants will be held at 10am on Thursday 23 April 2020 using Microsoft Teams virtual meeting facilities. Attendance is not mandatory, however, attendance is strongly recommended. Attendance is restricted to a maximum of two attendees per applicant. Interested applicants are required to confirm their attendance to the Request for ROI Manager by Wednesday 22 April 2020. Only applicants that have returned the confidentiality deed will be provided with the link to the briefing.
