The Court is seeking independent expert advice from a suitably qualified organisation, with respect to the following:

1. Provide a clear and concise report on the condition of the Court’s current listed Artworks within the Canberra building;
2. Develop a list of recommendations including maintenance and where possible approximate cost involved;
3. Advise if any of the Artworks require decommissioning as part of the recommendations.

Proposed Timeframe

• Successful quote selection approval and notification – 30 April 2020
• Building Inspections may take place during April 2020 in line with Social Distancing requirements
• Draft reports for HCA review – 29 May 2020
• Final report and invoice provided – 29 June 2020
