Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers able to fabricate Mud Mats in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project (J-IC). The location is 140 km North West of Barrow Island and part of the Greater Gorgon development.

Supplier shall provide packages comprising:

•  Fabrication drawings/shop drawings
•  Fabrication of Mud Mats
•  Surface/Cathodic Protection
•  Anti Fouling on skirt
•  Perform Quality Control including NDT and Dimensional Control.
•  Trial fit
•  Mechanical Completion
•  Preservation
•  Transport to load out quay
•  Load out and sea-fastening

Scope of delivery includes (but not limited to):

•  Engineering documentation according to Supplier Documentation Requirements List (SDRL)
•  Functional description, calculations, data sheets, curves & tables
•  Maintenance requirements based on the total Life Cycle Cost assessment
•  Inspection and factory acceptance test (FAT)
•  Warranty period is 48 months from Completion of the Work
• Suppliers shall have experience with:
•  Fabrication of Large Steel Structures
•  Providing documentation to a high level of requirement and standard expected within the oil and gas sector
•  Metocean conditions of an offshore tropical environment, salt and high temperatures.
•  Knowledge to/experience with NORSOK requirements is an advantage

All equipment types shall have been used in Australian offshore projects operating on the North West Shelf.
All non-replaceable equipment shall fulfill a 50 years design life.
