The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House (MoAD) requires development and maintenance of its Digital Heritage Management Plan (DHMP). The purpose of the DHMP is to visualise, collate and provide efficient access to data from the Old Parliament House and Curtilage Heritage Management Plan 2015-2020. This data is used by staff to manage Old Parliament House’s listed heritage values pursuant to the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) . The DHMP features an interactive map of the Old Parliament House building, and an Actions Proposal Form which is used by staff to document, evaluate and approve actions on/at Old Parliament House.
MoAD requires development to refine the mapping tool, and improve the actions proposal process form including the content of the form, introducing a workflow, and enhancing readability of pdf output. Improving the user experience is a key objective. MoAD also requires ongoing maintenance support for the DHMP, an initial 24 month maintenance agreement is sought.
