Tender Description
On behalf of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst, commercial building contractors are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for the proposed building works at St Brigid's Catholic Primary School, Coonamble NSW including additions, alterations, awnings, lifts and external works. Works will be completed over multiple stages, and the School must remain operational during the works. Site management and safety will be critical. Site management and safety will be critical. Building works will be constructed under a lump sum contract and only head contractors should apply. All submissions shall be in writing and must include the following information:
- Company, Licence & WHS system details;
- A brief Capability Statement specific to this project;
- Details of 3 or more recent school projects (or similar projects) with client contact details;
- Recent references (at least 3).
The submissions will be evaluated based on capability and experience. A minimum of 6 suitable contractors may be invited to tender on the project in May this year.
