Scope of Request for Proposal ("RFP")
99 Bikes is seeking proposals for the replacement of 80 point of sale computers across 23 stores around Australia (Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth) along with technical support for all 48 99 Bikes stores. Installation will be required from 8th May 2020.
There are also another 4 new sites that will require IT hardware (4 x point of sale per store) and setup this by August this year.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1. PARTICIPATION IN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ("RFP")
By participating in this RFP, you accept that any existing contracts with 99 Bikes Pty Ltd are void without penalty.
2. FORMAT OF RESPONSES
Responses are to be provided in the format of 'Appendix 1 99 Bikes IT Hardware & Technical Support RFP Responses' addressing the key points above. If Appendix 1 is not included in the response, the submission will not be considered.
