The Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission is inviting Canberra-based Strata Management companies and building maintenance service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for cleaning and maintenance of Saudi Arabian Cultural Missions office at 16 Watson Street, Turner ACT.
The bid for the cleaning and maintenance of our government-owned property should cover but limited to general office cleaning, periodic maintenance and necessary repairs during the fixed three-year period. To ensure all facilities within the building is cleaned and maintained for a safe working environment.
