Tender Description
Torres Haus Roof Replacement Torres Haus Body Corporate are seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the Roof replacement at the ‘Torres Haus’, a two-level commercial building located on Thursday Island in the Torres Strait.
Works will comprise of:
- Removal and replacement of roof cladding
- Removal and reinstatement of roof mounted services infrastructure (e.g solar panels and antennas)
- Repairs and upgrades to existing structural roof components
