Tender Description
Bairnsdale Regional Health Service are seeking to establish Fixed-term Agreements with Service Providers with capability of meeting the needs of Post-Acute Care, including the provision of:
Domestic Assistance services:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathroom and toilet
- General household tasks
In Home Respite service Meal Preparation/Assistance Personal Care services:
- Bathing/showering
- Dressing
- Medication prompt
Shopping – Accompanied/Unaccompanied
To be eligible Service Providers are required to submit an Expression of Interest Application form for assessment based on established criteria.
