Tender Description
Subsea 7 scope of work for Julimar Development Phase 2 involves the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and
installation of the following packages of work:
- One 6-slot Julimar A manifold (transport and installation only);
- 22km long 18” NPS CRA clad flowline from the Julimar A manifold (JULA) to the existing Brunello Crossover manifold (BRUA-XoM), that includes one 12” NPS In-Line Tee (ILT) for future expansion and two 18” NPS Flowline End Terminations;
- 18” NPS CRA clad expansion tie-in spools connecting the flowline FLETs to the JULA and BRUA-XoM manifold (qty-3);
- 8” NPS Duplex rigid well jumpers connecting Wells to the JULA manifold (qty-4);
- One Spools Connection Assembly structure;
- 22km long EHU split into 2 sections (a break point in the EHU is required at the ILT location for future expansion) and comprising HP & LP hydraulics, MEG and Chemical injection cores, as well as electrical power cores and fibre optics for field control and communication;
- EFLs and HFLs connecting various subsea hardware components;
- Testing and pre-commissioning operations.
This Scope of Supply covers the transportation of spools and well jumpers from Fabrication Yard, Bintan (Indonesia) to Woodside
Field (Julimar Phase 2, Australia), including:
- Offloading of Spools and Well Jumpers in Bintan, Indonesia;
- Transit from Bintan to North West Shelf, Australia;
- Alongside with Subsea 7 installation vessel in field for spools and well jumpers installation;
- All associated logistics and costs, fees, dues related to transport of the cargo;
- Associated project management and engineering;
- Health, safety, environmental and quality requirements to support the Scope of Work in line with CHARTERER requirements.
Scope of Supply - Cargo Details:
- One (1) x BRUA 18” Clad Spool c/w connectors, 20m x 45m x 25m, 47Te;
- One (1) x JULA 18” X 12” Clad Spool c/w connectors, 37m x 42m x 29m, 41Te;
- Four (4) x 8” Well Jumpers (M-shape) c/w connectors, 22m x 8m, 12Te (each).
