Project work involve the demolition of an existing Amenities Building followed by the construction of new Amenities Building with some associated works.

The project is funded by a State Government Grant and construction works are to be completed within 2020.

Building Contractors wishing to register for tender selection should register their interest to the Project Consultant by COB Monday 01 june 2020.

Submissions shall be limited to 10 pages include relevant corporate information, such as previous project details, project staffing, referees/references, sufficient to demonstrate that prospective tenders have the resources, capability and expertise to satisfactorily complete the works. The selection of building contractors to tender for the project shall be at the discretion of Tennis Townsville Inc.
