The Abbotsford Convent Foundation (ACF) invites suitably qualified and highly experienced designers (acting as Lead/ Principal Consultant) and their multi-disciplinary and/or sub-consultant teams, to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development of a new Abbotsford Convent Precinct Masterplan.

Just four kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, and spread over 6.8 hectares, the National Heritage Listed Abbotsford Convent is Australia's largest multi-arts precinct. The Convent's extensive operations include the management and facilitation of 126 studio spaces and the precinct's 11 heritage buildings, gardens and grounds; managing a venue-hire program for 20+ multi-use venues, hosting over 4,000 events a year; overseeing two public galleries; and delivering curated year-round arts and cultural programs. All of this combines to provide exceptional engagement opportunities that generate community wellbeing and cohesiveness within a welcoming, unique and creatively-charged environment.
